Exercises for warming up
Before doing any type of exercise it is very important to warm up, stretch your muscles and get your heart beating. This helps prevents injury.The warm up exercises:
Each warm up exercise done for 60 seconds, start of slow and increase intensity with every rep, do 3 reps.- Running in place
- Heisman
- 123 Heisman
- Butt kickers
- High Knees (Knees should come up to your waist)
- Mummy kicks
- 10 push ups
- 10 mountain climbers
